Govt extends last date for submission for Air India bids to Dec. 14th

Government has extended the last date for submission for Air India bids to 14th December.
 
The deadline for submission of bids was ending tomorrow.
 
Briefing the media in New Delhi Thursday evening, Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said, the bidding parameter for Air India has been revised and it has been decided to invite bids at enterprise value.
 
He said, the decision was taken by the Air India Specific Alternative Mechanism, AISAM on Wednesday following a meeting with the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Feb 10, 2021 ,  8:46PM Massive rescue and search operation continues in Chamoli district, Uttarakhand AIR Pics In Uttarakhand, a team of more than 800 personnel comprising various forces including marines from Navy continued rescue and search operation throughout the day at the calamity site in Chamoli district. Two more bodies were recovered today and the death toll has reached 34 now. AIR Correspondent covering the calamity reports that around 170 people are still missing and some of them are feared to be trapped in the tunnel. Around 170 people are still missing and 25 to 35 persons are feared to be trapped in the tunnel. The herculean effort to reach the trapped people through the slush and heavy boulders continued on the fourth consecutive day at the calamity site in Chamoli district.
