PM Modi to share his thoughts with people in country and abroad in 'Mann Ki Baat' programme on AIR tomorrow at 11 AM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will share his thoughts with the people in the country and abroad in the 'Mann Ki Baat' programme on All India Radio tomorrow at 11 AM. It will be the 72nd episode of the monthly radio programme.
 
It will be broadcast on the entire network of AIR and Doordarshan and also on AIR News website www.newsonair.com and newsonair mobile app.
 
It will also be streamed live on the YouTube channels of AIR, DD News, PMO and Information and Broadcasting Ministry.
 
AIR will broadcast the programme in regional languages immediately after the Hindi broadcast. The regional language versions will be repeated at eight in the evening.

11 per cent GDP growth projected by Economic Survey 2020-21 for next financial year

Economic Survey 2020-21 has projected  GDP growth for the next financial year at 11 per cent. It has suggested that the growth recovery will be driven by government consumption. The Economic Survey  2020-21, tabled by the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Lok Sabha today suggested that the net exports and government consumption have cushioned the growth from further plunge. It says that the GDP for the current financial year is estimated to contract by 7.7 per cent. It further says that the nominal GDP for the next fiscal is expected to grow at 15.4 per cent. The Economic Survey gave a detailed analysis of India's V-shaped economic recovery after the shadow effect of the corona pandemic. It says that the mega vaccination drive supports the V-shaped recovery.
