Import duty on vital diagnostic kits, reagents used in COVID-19 related diagnosis waived off by centre for 6 months

The Centre has waived off import duty on vital diagnostic kits and reagents used in COVID-19 related diagnosis for the next six months.  The decision has been taken to supplement testing efforts.  The exemption has been given till the 31st of  October this year.

This is a breakthrough for the police as Dubey had been on the run ever since the Kanpur killings. Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra confirmed the arrest  and said that Madhya Pradesh Police was on high when they got intelligence inputs that the gangster could be headed towards MP. As soon as police got information of Dubey's presence at the Mahakal temple, he was arrested.

He said, the diversification of the supply chain is critical for managing the risks associated with the supply of inputs including disciplining price volatility.
