India administers over 20 crore doses of COVID-19 vaccine in the country so far

India has administered around 20 crore 27 lakh doses of COVID-19 vaccine in the country so far. Union Health Ministry said, more than 18 lakh 85 thousand vaccine doses were administered yesterday. The Ministry said, after the USA, India is the second country to achieve the 20 crore Vaccination doses landmark. India had launched the world’s largest Vaccination drive on 16th of January this year.

Feb 10, 2021 ,  8:46PM Massive rescue and search operation continues in Chamoli district, Uttarakhand AIR Pics In Uttarakhand, a team of more than 800 personnel comprising various forces including marines from Navy continued rescue and search operation throughout the day at the calamity site in Chamoli district. Two more bodies were recovered today and the death toll has reached 34 now. AIR Correspondent covering the calamity reports that around 170 people are still missing and some of them are feared to be trapped in the tunnel. Around 170 people are still missing and 25 to 35 persons are feared to be trapped in the tunnel. The herculean effort to reach the trapped people through the slush and heavy boulders continued on the fourth consecutive day at the calamity site in Chamoli district.
