Over 33 crore COVID Vaccine Doses administered so far; Country takes lead in vaccination

Mr Agarwal said, till 3 P.M. today, Indian has crossed the vaccination coverage of 33 crore mark.

He also informed that in rural areas, the vaccination coverage from 1st of May to 24th of June is 9.72 crore doses which comprises 56 per cent of the total vaccination while in urban areas the coverage stands at 7.68 crore doses which is 44 per cent.

Feb 10, 2021 ,  8:46PM Massive rescue and search operation continues in Chamoli district, Uttarakhand AIR Pics In Uttarakhand, a team of more than 800 personnel comprising various forces including marines from Navy continued rescue and search operation throughout the day at the calamity site in Chamoli district. Two more bodies were recovered today and the death toll has reached 34 now. AIR Correspondent covering the calamity reports that around 170 people are still missing and some of them are feared to be trapped in the tunnel. The herculean effort to reach the trapped people through the slush and heavy boulders continued on the fourth consecutive day at the calamity site in Chamoli district.
